Pre-launch placeholder. The full privacy notice lands before TradeBien hits the public hard launch threshold defined in the content-velocity framework. Until then this page exists so the sitewide footer "Privacy policy" link resolves correctly and so the legal information architecture is in place when the full policy lands.
What ships at hard launch:
- Categories of data captured (analytics events, error-report submissions, search queries) and the purpose of each.
- The lawful basis under GDPR Art. 6 for each category.
- Third-party processors involved and their compliance posture.
- Data retention windows.
- Visitor rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection) and the channel for exercising them.
Cookies set on the site — what they are, who sets them, and how long they persist — are documented on the Cookie policy. The two pages are kept separate because privacy and ePrivacy obligations have different legal bases and different update rhythms.
